Yppah is a project started in 2004 by multi-instrumentalist Joe Corrales Jr. It was originally a soundtrack endeavor that evolved from sample based shoegaze and breakbeat instrumentals into a song based post-rock two piece featuring heavy electronic experimentation, washy ambient atmospheres, melancholic guitar melodies and occasional vocals.
